1. Constantly seeks new sales leads and develops these leads into new customers/orders.
2. Understands and Identifies customers’ needs and requirements.
3. Acquires product approvals in coordination with Prescription Dept.
4. Receives, follows up, and responds to customers’ inquiries& prepares quotations.
5. Negotiates and closes deals with customers and maintains a satisfactory post-sales relationship
with customers.
6. Receives & finalizes Purchase Orders with customers and follows up with BSU to prepare sales
orders & invoices accordingly.
7. Follows up with the concerned dept to ensure completion of delivery.
8. Fully responsible for collecting payments due as per payment terms in addition to confirmation of
accounts.
9. Submits Weekly/monthly/Quarterly reports as deemed required by his immediate superior.
10. Contributes to achieving team’s target.
11. Maintains a good level of product awareness (training materials, catalogues, seminars, marketing
orientations).
12. Demonstrates product capabilities/specifications, which require engineering knowledge,
by creating and presenting technical information to customers.
13. Diagnoses problems and recommends or implements appropriate solutions.
14. Understands, Interprets and clarifies customers' technical requirements and expectations.
15. Participates, when required, in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
