ASPCO is one of the key players in the market in the fields of extrusion, PVC & flexible packaging products. I worked with ASPCO at the begining as a technical consultant and starting from 2020 I have a full time role as a deputy General Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Spearhead company’s restructuring and transformation. Direct business operations, maintain machines, and ensure company adheres to safety and quality standards. Redevelop design supply chain function and lead new role. Complete profit and loss reports while simultaneously creating cost saving initiatives and monitoring materials. Initiate innovative strategies to advance internal systems and management style, while finalizing budgets and performance reviews. Establish operational effectiveness and execute KPI revisions.

•Enhance the cost saving initiatives and materials savings with suppliers by 5-10%
Worked through contract as a consultant for governance, policies and assurance with IT services, IT PMO & IT processes teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Re-engineer & enhance the processes & implemented procedures to be as per international
standards.
* Worked with the leaders & operational teams in enhancing the knowledge and
raising the awareness through training and workshops for different levels
including leaders.
* support the auditing functions as an internal auditor before being audited by
3rd parties.

Responsible of starting up production lines with different technologies for spoon-able and milk filling including the packaging lines.

Manage the Dairy overall functions ( maintenance, quality, safety, process & performance).
Research and Development at new production methods and create better process procedures.
Working with R&D to improve the used sheets and standards of packaging materials.
