Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all required training for the sellers.

Design and Develop, using instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to develop blended learning curricula for seller support programs.
Conduct training discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts including necessary front-end analysis to clearly define program and training outcomes, solutions, and success measures.
Foster the development and growth of Amazon employees (i.e., mentoring, teaching, etc.).
Deliver training classes for sellers and internal teams.
Deliver online training classes via the webinar tool. (GoToWebinar)
Partner with leadership in interim and final evaluation of learner outcomes and performance to determine next steps.
Administer the LMS for the site and localize training content for Associates into Arabic.
Adapt existing learning content to make it relevant for new target audiences.
