 Foster the development and growth of Amazon employees (i.e., mentoring, teaching, etc.).
 Deliver training classes for sellers and internal teams.
 Deliver online training classes via the webinar tool. (GoToWebinar)
 Partner with leadership in interim and final evaluation of learner outcomes and performance to determine next steps.
 Administer the LMS for the site and localize training content for Associates into Arabic.
