•Preparing & Following Monthly Production Plan (MPS): for Local and Export by collecting the demand and make the study to match with factory capacity.
•Maneuvering between companies: according to the quota of each sales channel.
•Preparing and arranging rolling plan; calculated the expected rolling plan based on all sales channels forecasts and make capacity leveling.
•Lead forecast update process for Whole Sales and Exports:
•Lead the execution and maturity of the S&OP processes.
•Lead the S&OP management reviews, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
•Create the S&OP minutes, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions.
•Analyze sales trends and identify the key drivers of sales of key products and product groups
•Preparing On Time Performance report: to measure the achievement of the master production schedule against actual production.
• Develop and reach agreement on appropriate measures of forecast accuracy and bias.
• Identify and lead the implementation of opportunities to improve forecast accuracy
•Managing the inventory of each sales channel (Qty and Value) by beginning of each month.
•New Product Launch Planning for new product introductions and product exits using cross-functional forecasting, analytics including life-cycle modeling and heuristics.
•Classification and Contribution Study: gathering the historical data and analyze it to get the best pure data to calculate the classes and get the contribution of items in Kingdom and Branches.
•Distribution of materials to branches: preparing the master shipment study by comparing the inventory with the forecast and the sales orders in branches to recover the inventory in branches .
•Studying external requirements: checking requirements for imported items, create the required Purchase Requisition, and follow its delivery with purchasing department.
•Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports.
•Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy.
•Assisting in creating warehouse capacity plans according to the market growth and
the past and the future forecast.
•Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for
demand planning processes and systems.
•Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and
methods are followed.
•Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to
management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).
•Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for
multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
•Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data,
develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
•Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and
refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
•Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing
and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is
used for demand forecasts
•Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.
•Supply planning for Procter and Gamble products.
