➢ Successfully launched and managed the KSA National Graduate Programme, overseeing onboarding and full assimilation of 35
graduate hires across projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all HR mobilization, onboarding, and immigration operations in alignment with project plans, workforce needs, and senior
stakeholder expectations.
• Lead resource planning, workforce allocation, and budget management to ensure timely mobilization of project-critical roles while
maintaining compliance with project requirements, labor regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement regional HR strategies across KSA, UAE, and the wider GCC, adapting workflows and tools to local labor
laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee complex immigration processes for expatriate staff, including employment visas, business visas, family permits, and premium
residency arrangements.
• Handle employment contract issuance and compliance audits, ensuring alignment with Qiwa, internal policy, and project deadlines.
• Function as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for end-to-end mobilization and onboarding, including accommodation, IT/HR
induction, and cultural integration.
• Facilitate relationships and workflows between new hires, project directors, Talent Acquisition, and HR operations to ensure smooth
onboarding and clear communication channels.
• Resolve high-priority cases related to employee relations, onboarding exceptions, and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with
Saudi labor law.
• Track KPIs and SLAs to measure onboarding effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, and HR operational performance.
• Coach and support team members, while leading escalations and driving continuous improvement initiatives across mobilization and
onboarding processes.
• Lead team development and function as the escalation point for complex mobilization, onboarding, and employee relations issues.
• Manage stakeholder and project relationships, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service delivery in line with organizational objectives.
