 Communicate with other teams to gather requirements of the project
 Preparing the project plan, setting the estimated time and managing the assigned tasks
 Supervise the java team throughout the development phase.
 Ensure the comprehension of both the scope and approach of each task for each task owner.
 Coordinate and lead the design initiatives with team members
 Monitoring and following up on the project execution according to the plan.
 Provide technical assistance and problem resolution to team members
 Review the code according to java code standers
 Ensure the projects are comply with software development standards

Responsible for communicating with clients and understand the issue being exposed to start going through the bug fixing procedures.
Implement the procedures for fixing issues, and one of the major stages is troubleshooting with the client to make sure that all methods are being implemented.
