1- Evaluate effectiveness of training courses, including participating in industry reviews and curriculum oversight committees. 2- Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions. 3- Apply solid instructional design skills and effectively use learning principles and creativity to design courses that transfer knowledge and engage participants in the learning process. 4- Develop and execute multiple project plans simultaneously, identify appropriate team members, assign and drive task completion, and oversee the completion of project goals within an established timeline. 5- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and build credibility with team members, partners, support teams, and client areas. 6- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product 7- Load, test and troubleshoot and provide technical support for e-learning courseware on the host LMS 8- Facilitate training programs in international/domestic locations for audiences at all levels of the organization within client areas as needed using a variety of facilitation techniques and methods. 9- Leverage multiple software applications to effectively and efficiently design learning solutions.

Main duties as Project Management Section Head are as follows: 1- Define Project Management process and procedures within the framework of the company policy and ISO standards. 2- Develop performance plans and evaluations of employees to assure equity of individual employee performance objectives and in coherence with Company standards. 3- Assist with budget, staff, training and other resources necessary to accomplish the objectives of the running projects. 4- Conduct interviews, select and train staff to provide quality results for the company.
Main duties as Project Team Leader for Oracle & SAP Software and CUP curricula 5- Manage the entire localization project life cycle including vendor selection, budget forecasting and approval, procurement; working directly with software development teams, track localization/internationalization issues & defects, and invoicing. 6- Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, performance reporting, and HR development. 7- Provide input on management of existing linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, TMs), processes and related issues 8- Analyze quality issues and determine further corrective and preventative actions through RCAs. 9- Define SME (Subject Matter Experts) requirements based on source complexity and content type and working closely with them for books LSO, content development and contextualization based on Ministries of Education requirements.
1- Leading 35 agents in booking team to achieve Cisco EMEA commit numbers on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. 2- Providing ad hoc training, supporting sales key performance indicators and metrics improvement initiatives. 3- Planning and coordinating all technical escalation support activities to ensure constant cover of all levels of expertise and center locations. 4- Focusing on improving the customer experience by reducing the number of escalations and complaints.
