- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right target audience
- Contribute in developing annual marketing strategies and plans in conjunction with the sales department to meet agreed company objectives.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Responsible for executing new product launching campaigns
- Sourcing advertising and PR opportunities and placing adverts and PRLS in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - depending on nature of campaigns and target market.
- Support the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content for various collaterals.
- Liaising with designers and providing them with detailed creative briefs to develop artwork when needed based on brand positioning.
- Proofreading copyediting of marketing materials
- Conducting product/customer portfolio analysis when required.
- Contribute in conducting market researches to further understand the markets and identify new potential segment and/ target markets
- Conducting Business to Business services with top accounts covering Africa.
- Responsible for selling support contracts for both Hardware & Software products.
- Performing Quality Assurance on regional Support Renewals business.
- Maintaining Support Renewals Revenue in the designated Accounts.
- Preparing quotations to clients and presenting business cases to obtain Management’s approval.
- Preparing Support Renewal Forecast Reports on designated Accounts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Key Accounts.
- Executing sales activities (e.g. presentations) negotiations and commercial management of designated Accounts.
- Collaborating with Oracle’s partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Establishing contact with numerous prospects & approaching existing clients.
- Identify clients' business issues & suggesting market research tools to implement.
- Analyzing research briefs and preparing research proposals.
- Proposing appropriate methodologies and developing sample designs, cost estimates and time plans.
- Conducting both Qualitative & Quantitative analysis.
- Internal coordination with all the support departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitoring the field work and supervising on the analysis.
- Providing business solutions with measurable results to clients according to research findings.
