Formatting the manuscript to match Hindawi’s in-house style and quality standards ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Receive the original manuscript from the Content Production System to start its processing 2. Receive the XML files from the Reference and Tables-Markup teams and figures from Graphics team then convert the manuscript format from MS Word to PDF format to be in the publication format 3. Revise the converted manuscript and compare it with the original one in the word format to guarantee the consistency and assure that the converted file is formatted according to the company’s style 4. Send the manuscript to the Proofreading, Copyediting, Graphics and Tables Markup teams to add their corrections on the manuscript 5. Upload the finalized manuscript on the Content Production System to be sent to the author.
