training plan and the associated training budget
• Analyzes and identifies the training and development needs of the organization and its employees, and develops
training plans to meet these needs in an efficient and cost effective way
• Designs, resources, and delivers training programs, or recommends externally-provided programs that meet the
needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan
• Selects, develops, and manages relationships with external training suppliers in Egypt and internationally
• Coordinates the logistics for training delivery (e.g. training facilities, travel of external trainers, etc.)
• Maintains and analyzes training records to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external trainings
• Ensures handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials used in training programs are archived and accessible to
all employees, and builds up the training library
• Encourages and facilitates the process of on-the-job training, and ensures managers and supervisors are aware of
the requirement to coach and develop the performance of their people
• Keeps up-to-date on developments and innovations in training & education in industry and government education
sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant
