Remarkable experience in Welding and inspecting of pipeline, Pressure Vessel.
Prepare, review and approve Non Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standard
Preparing the scan plan of Phased Array and TOFD as per the weld geometry.
Inspection of materials and welding consumables as per specification
Ability to follow the various Plant Codes in the pipeline work.
To provide technical guidance for welding sequence and distortion control in accordance with procedures and job requirements.
Performing AUT (combination of TOFD & PA) for welds of division II pressure vessels.

Performing Phased Array ultrasonic Examination for in-service pipe welds.
Preparation of calibration set up for Phased Array equipment and TOFD equipment for each specific job.
Active involvement in procedure demonstration and qualification to ASME Authorized Inspector.
Maintaining the AUT data (soft copy) with calibration records and submission to the client on a daily basis for interpretation and evaluation.
Interpretation and evaluation of TOFD and Phased Array data as per ASME Code case 2235-9, Code case 181.
Organizing ASNT NDT Level I & II training program and qualifying NDE personnel in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.Inspection of welding, witnessing Welder’s Qualification test.
Carrying out the welding inspection before, during and after operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification

2. Having 1 years experience in Radiographic Inspection Services. Kolkata, as a Site in Charge from 2008 to 2009.
Performed UT on welding parts (Piping, Shells, Plates & Dish ends), Rolling Part (Lamination check) of ASME Sec VIII Div 1, ASME B31.3 Process piping.
Performing MPI, DPI, PMI, Hardness, Ferrite.
Interpret RT films.

3. Having 1 years experience in Industrial Inspection & Engineer Services. as a NDT Engineer from 2007-2008.
As a NDT Level II inspector in UT, MPT, and DPT methods.
Work as a NDT inspector in Reliance Oil Refinery (Jamnagar), And Suzlon Structural Pvt. Ltd. (Gandhidham)
4. Having 2 years experience in RIS Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a NDT Inspector from 2005-2007.
Perform Thickness Gauging, UT, MPI, DPI as a Level-I & Level-II NDT inspector.
Knowledge of ASME codes: ASME SEC-VIII DIV.1 & 2, SEC-III, AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, BS- Std. etc.
My role in the above areas: Mainly looking after all NDT activities related to all jobs as applicable. I have good communication skill, knowledge and experience in fabrication in light of my Quality Control experience as mentioned above in various precision fields.
