Plan meeting and take detailed minutes.
Make travel arrangement and reservations for senior managers.
Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures.
Order and maintains inventory of supplies.

Accesses, inputs And retrieves information from computer.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Composes and types routine correspondence and prepares materials for special events such as invitations, Visa’s, ECT.
Translate a variety of material, particularly trading, logistical, marketing documentations from English language to Arabica and vice versa.
Handling staff recruitment and appraisals.
Prepare daily & monthly attendance .
keeping track of the candidates counseled .
Make the joining documents of recruiters.
Maintain the records of employees.
Convey the policies & rules to employees
Maintaining & updating the company filling system (annual leave, sick leave ...etc )
prepare ( Experience Certificates, Salaries Certificates, Clearances ... ect)
Set up and manage file retrieval systems.
Dealing professionally with all correspondence, complaints and queries.
Receive & sort mail & deliveries.
Order stock and office supplies.
Send & receive Couriers .. ect
Assist by organizing busy office through creating an E- system serving the function of registering all incoming & outgoing mail;
Filtering the incoming mail & summarizing their objective & the necessary action needed;
Self correspond all outgoing letters regarding different matters in both Arabic & English
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in & out company .
Technical support for office
Daily update with the latest business fairs locally - internationally;
Liaise with the department’s & directories following up their requirements, & action
requested from them;
Prepare commercial & technical offers
Built & update data base for our suppliers
Weakly update & Filtering requests according to our supplier products
Self correspond all outgoing letters regarding different matters;
Prepare Arabic & English reports
Prepare agenda’s & time table for individuals & groups visiting the country from their arrival to the country, receptions, accommodation, field visits, their activities till their departure;
Office management - handling the office administrative issues;
Other secretarial duties - filing, travel arrangements;
- Statistics Analysis - Micro-macro economic analysis - Globalization, Institution (IMF & World Bank), Organization (WTO, GATT, NAFTA) - Jordanian Economy.
