• Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies depending on the market analysis.
• Assist in preparing the Sales & Commercial Strategy including the tasks & Commissions of sales agents, supervisors and call center agents.
• Assist in conducting market research and monitoring competitors’ activities.
• Conducting Marketing Campaigns for the all the group mediums on yearly basis. “Preparing the newsletters, magazine & radio Campaigns in terms of budget plan, media plan, booking and execution”.

• Co-ordinate a team of Inspectors and schedules daily each inspector for Inspections in PIC SYR and follow-ups the activities of the physical inspection in Syria.

• Preparing Drafts and issuance in Atlas.
• Reporting of discrepancies and difficulties met in reaching quality goals or time schedules to the Operation Manager.
• Proposal of improvements in daily routines and general functions.
• Perform other operational tasks as and when requested by management.

As Coordinator:
• Coordinate between Bureau Veritas branches “middle east and Europe” and Clients (Importer, Exporter)
• Follow up all the requirements of files till the issuance.
