- Supervising & planning Maintenanace & housekeeping activities
- Supervising contractors & renovation projects
- develop the maintenanace policy for Up Town Cairo Project
- Managing building maintenance team in Electromechanical maintenance activities for different systems like -but not limited to - HVAC systems, plumbing works, fire fighting, Electrical Destruction boards, MCC’, Pumps, Standby Diesel generators and the management of different substations operation in Vodafone Zahraa Maadi Building including the supervision of the Maintenance operation in 24/7 sequence of operation
- Preparing the preventive maintenance plans according to the manufacturer operation & maintenance manuals.
- Managing & Implementation of the equipment development plans.
- Preparing the maintenance reports
- Reporting to : Vodafone Facility Management Department and Egypro Operations Manager
Maintenance & Maintenance Supervision
- Studying all the tenders’ elements from the RFQ collecting till the technical negotiations and submittals.
- Site survey with operation team
- Project costing in all the projects elements
- Supporting the sites facilities management operations in the operation planning and implementation.
- Technical Office work, suppliers & vendors RFQ’s and negotiations.
- Managing building maintenance team in electromechanical maintenance activities for different in both the Nile city Towers infrastructure and tenants areas.
- Supervision of the Maintenance operation in 24/7 sequence of operation during different shifts.
- Preparing the preventive maintenance plans according to the manufacturer operation & maintenance manuals.
- Preparing the maintenance reports in three levels of documentation as per company policy :
• Level-1: usual (preventive) maintenance monthly and annually reports.
• Level-2: detailed equipments status reports for both Nile City Towers infrastructure equipments & tenant equipments.
• Level-3: crafts persons (technical stuff) detailed performance reporting.
- Technical Office work, suppliers & vendors RFQ’s and negotiations.
- Planning the work schedules, budgets and supervising the work performance to the client’s needs and deadlines.
- Controlling the incoming and outgoing documents
- Coordinate the Researching and Market availability for receiving a new product with UNIFLAIR Italy to the Egyptian market.
- Designing the system including Shop drawings Costing & Budgeting.
- Coordination between Technical Office & Sites offices.
