1) Maintain and calibrate all instrumentation in site
2) Making and connecting electrical control panels
3) Supervising the laying of cables
4) Supervising the connection of electrical power panels
5) Connecting, testing and monitoring the fire system
6) Inspecting and testing received spare parts to the warehouse
7) Study and analyze breakdowns occurring to find out the root causes in order to terminate them
1) Monitoring Electrical machine conditions to ensure keeping it work effectively and efficiently
2 )Supervise performing the preventive maintenance periodically
3) Supervise \ participate in repairing breakdowns
4) Participate in preparing electrical plans for overhauling and preventive maintenance
5) Implement the electrical maintenance plans and programs
6) Study and analyze breakdowns occurred to find out the root causes in order to terminate them
7) Participate in the annually inventory of the spare parts
8) Inspect and test received spare parts to the warehouse
9) Follow up with electrical technicians activities, organizing and distribution of technicians tasks
10) Working relationships with all the production, mechanical engineers and shift supervisors
11) Issue Reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem
12) Formulates preventive maintenance procedures with associated procedures and checklists, periodically reviews the programs to evaluate its efficiency and suitability makes changes to the schedule and procedures, if necessary, base on feedback
