Head of Treasury and Capital Markets with overall responsibility of the company liquidity and investments.
Overall responsibility of managing Treasury and Money Market Investments, Structured Products and Money Market Funds. In Addition to that, Iam responsible for maintaining and enhancing business relationships with financial institutions and other counterparties.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
• Manage, forecast and supervise all aspects of in-house money market portfolios, cash flow, daily cash requirements and execute daily treasury decisions;
• Ensure timely and sufficient availability of funding for the investments of Tadhamon Capital and its project companies on best possible terms and conditions;
• Contributes to the identification of appropriate liquidity scenarios and asset and liability management scenarios;
• Ensure cash & bank balances are monitored and invested to improve adequate liquidity cycle and simplify company operations;
• Ensure capital structure of Tadhamon Capital as a whole is optimized.
• Responsible for Treasury related expenditure (e.g. Funding line fees, overdraft fees etc) so that they remain within allocated budget;
• Attends ALCO meetings as a member of the ALCO and responsible for preparation and implementing of all ALCO meeting’s decisions;
• Provide assistance and advice to other business units in Tadhamon Capital on treasury-related matters.
Head, Foreign Investment Dept.
Study and summarizing investment offers and opportunities, revising investments assessments, Analyzing investment and Preparing and revising periodic financial reports
Short term financial instruments, technical analysis and Treasury& Forex trading. All aspects of Islamic financing and Islamic foreign currency investments and trading.
