Provide administrative services to the Talent Management department, including but not limited to routing
calls, emails and recording minutes of meeting.
• Draft internal and external correspondence to ensure timely and efficient responses.
• Coordinate candidate screening activities, such as: interviews and pre-selection tests for short-listed students.
• Communicate names of rejected candidates who did not pass through face to face interviews to the
concerned parties.
• Establish and maintain students’ files and records in the HRMS system to ensure up-to-date information for
sponsored students.
• Establish and maintain a proper tracking list for all new students’ recruitment and onboarding process
requirements.

• Assist in collecting and recording student’s academic reports/transcripts, discipline, performance, and
attendance reports.
• Assist in the development and management of the student appraisal mechanism.
