• Worked as field and control room operator in the following units, Demineralized water unit, Distilled water unit, Waste water treatment unit) and Air Separation unit Operate and check process field equipments.
• Monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems and I used trouble shooting skills to resolve process related deviations and problems and making sure that operational activities and performance are aligned with Plant and business goals
• Operate the plant through 3000 TDC Honeywell distribution control system DCS, Using process knowledge and skills to make improvements in plant performance and Operating discipline
• Monitor, collect and input plant metrics for Statistical Process Control, asset utilization, conversion costs, production yields and identifying opportunities for plant optimization

Excellent performer for the last Four years in EQUATE petrochemical company, Award for sustaining air separation plant without single trip in 2007. Award for saving Air separation plant from CO2 breakthrough, 2007. Dean’s List for the years of 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 at the University of Dayton.
