•Belong to the team responsible for the business development of the company
•Provides initial assessment for applicants’ cases to determine eligibility and specification requirements for immigration
•Schedule appointments and meet potential clients to discuss the entire immigration process in detail
•Prepare contract and pertinent documentation for clients’ immigration application
•Maintain client status tracker to keep them up to date with their applications
•Attend weekly internal meetings to improve the quality of service being provided to clients
•Establish and develop collaborative working relationship within the team, with the processing department and clients

Oversee and support functions essential to maintaining and growing existing salon accounts as well as strategies with management to expand and grow our salon presence domestically.
New Partnerships Work with Market Analysis Grid (MAG) data Maintain a rolling target list of potential new salon clients. Validate salon potential utilizing Summit scorecard.
Execute ongoing meetings with salon partnership prospects, identifying salon and brand opportunities.
Develop new partnership agreements by including Salon Emotion, Digital, and Social Media. Establish New Partnership Event strategy for the market in conjunction with brands.
Work with brand education partners to schedule demos to secure new business. Cultivating Existing Level Loyalty Accounts
Strategically identify high potential Level accounts and develop plan to maximize In Salon Market Share (ISMS).
Develop strategic business plans for assigned LEVEL accounts.
Execute bi-annual business review meetings with assigned LEVEL accounts.
Partner with salons and brand support to provide value added business building tools including but not limited to Salon Emotion (Retail Partnerships), Summit, Digital and Social Media.
Optimize LEVEL loyalty through business and education planning
Lead Pre-Call Planning and Post-Call Follow-Up including call recaps and written
Confirmation to client as appropriate Includes recommendations and sales of Academy classes & Global Experiences.
Spotting fluctuations in the currency market on a daily basis along with suggesting possible solutions to the clients.
Business Development- Identifying & pursuing new clients through comprehensive online research.
