1. The Institutional development coordinator, working under the direction of Business Development Director, is responsible for planning, managing, implementing and overseeing the activities of the Institutional development; planning and implementing the business plan and the marketing strategy plan based on the HCAC strategic plan.
2. Support the development effort for both the annual fund and capital campaign. (Key to this position is the ability to juggle various projects and seeking grants at once, while maintaining a clear view of how each project supports the HCAC mission).
3. Develop and implementing a strategic, integrated fund development plan to build and sustain donor/ grant support for HCAC.
• Prepare and provide continuous education and awareness workshops for healthcare providers
• Coordinate and manage all HCAC policies and procedure
• Analyze, Evaluate and Coordinate HCAC courses and workshops
Implement new procedures to enhance productivity of the office
• Organize systems for tracking large volumes of paper flow
• Prepare Contracts, Scope of Work and Confidentiality for Surveyors and Consultants
