• GAC - GENERAL AUTHORITY FOR COMPETITION Head Quarter Project/Built-up Area: 6200 m²/Construction Cost:79 Million SAR /Consultant’s Project Manager/. One of the most important challenges in the project is the difficulty of presenting the higher rules through the outer facades due to their designs. But the situation has been adapted and suitable solutions were set through formulating accurate timing schedule to observe the improving process of the project, and to measure the earned value with the expected value ever week. As well as adopting materials, implementing methods, submissions plan schedules, and implemented plans as requested, within High quality & safety standards.
• QOL - QUALITY OF LIFE PROGRAM Head Quarter Fit out Project/ Built-up Area: 3200 m² Construction Cost: 17 Million SARs/ Fit Out Consultants Project Manager/. These projects specialize in equipment project service nature, and materials in the matter of the project crew’s entering and exiting timing and the required materials as well as the coped private logistic support. With that, a special plan was set to avoid any delaying at this project as a result of closing the project’s area due to the frequent events and conferences in the district. Which was not new to the project’s management to pass these challenges successfully.
• DGDA - DEVELOPING AL DIR'IYA GATE AUTHORITY Head Quarter Fit out Project/ Built-up Area: 3, 000 m²/ Construction Cost: 18 Million SARA/ Fit Out Consultant Project Manager/. Attempting to accommodate between modern existed building and an interior design inspired by the traditional architecture, as well as attempting to relate existing systems with modernized systems of the project, and reconciling between the project’s owner desires and the estate owner requirements, were all difficult challenges lead to positive motivations to accomplish the successful project.
The project’s site was the most challenging part, as being interior finishing for an existing building at Safarat District restricted at certain work hours, and materials entry hours. Notably, the building is occupied in some floor, which made the storage and lifting materials process more challenging.
The major assignment for FA in this project is the integrative engineering supervision on the implementation, from reviewing designs until the final submission and adopting the setting planning according to the quality setting and guarantee adopted for the project. Responsible for architecture division technical decisions and implementation of project specification and to ensure that the project is constructed in good quality accordance with approved quality plan.
• Main Contributor to build the FA Consultant’s Project Quality Plans PQP and The Consultancy supervision work flow, Including the project managements time schedules, inspection & testing plans ITP, method statements MES, approved material lists & vendors MAS, shop drawings review & approvals SDS, acceptance criteria, contractor’s adoption & prequalification, etc.
• Lead a staff of 15 architects and inspectors as a QA/QC Architects Team Leader, to Supervise a finishing project, Alwaseel Hills, Sabic Riyadh Compound Mega Project (cost 2, 83 Billion S. Riyals, cross Area 1, 860, 000 Square Meters, 1108 Saudi & Expat Villas, With all Common Building & Utilities like: Schools, Towne Center, Mosques, Playgrounds, Recreation Centers, Landscape & Gardens areas)
• Review Architectural Shop drawings, M.S (Method Statement), ITP (Inspection & Testing Plan) & Materials approvals for all finishing Items. To compare it with IFC documents & SABIC Specs.
• Responsible for architecture division technical decisions and implementation of project specification and to ensure that the project is constructed in good quality accordance with approved quality plan.
• Responsible for material’s selection and inspection, in AMS (Approved Mock-up Samples), MIR (Materials Inspections Reports) Snag lists & handing over inspections.
• (01/02/2014- 09/02/2015) Projects Design Coordinator, SBG-ABCD- Head Office for following projects: the proposed 11 Stadiums, Taif Proposed new airport & Al-Madinah Grand Mosque extension.
• (28/09/2011- 01/02/2014) Lead a staff of engineers and technicians as a QA/QC Architecture division coordinator, to Supervise a finishing project quality for the Ministry of Interior (cost 1, 6 Billion S. Riyals, cross Area 2, 300, 000 Square Meters)
• Prepare Submittal for Approval for: Materials, Subcontractors prequalification’s submittals, and coordinate with Head Office to get approvals for it.
• Prepare all documentations for QA/QC: RFI (Request For Inspection), RFT (Request For Testing), MIR (Material Inspection Report), SCR (Site Clarification Request), closing Consultant issues: NCR (Non Conformance Report), FM (Field Memo), SWI (Site Work Instruction)
• Prepare QA/QC Reports and corresponds with clients, consultant & Subcontractors.
• Provide the site with all information, regarding design, specifications, materials and equipment.
• Founding member and Chairman of the ARCHIZONE Group Firm, for architecture in Damascus suburb, Al Nabk, since 2008 (urban Design, Architecture Design, Decoration, Supervision & Construction).
