- Lead the assessment project about the availability and accessibility of health services.
- Achievements:
- Although the insecure situation among 14 Syrian provinces, I was able to lead the project with 92% accomplishment, by active coordination among stakeholders, time management, transferring knowledge to participants about the project values, and by conducting face to face training session or via telephone with field data collectors. Therefore, I was able to finalize this emergency project within the planned timeline.
- Establish Emergency Information System at MoH.
- Support the decision makers at WHO in promoting the fund raising projects related to health services availability, medical equipment and medicines.
Conduct and tutor training courses/ workshops in entrepreneurship, research methodologies, data collection, conducting surveys, management, and healthcare areas
- Conduct internal & external research projects, write reports and policy briefs, and prepare grant proposals.
Achievements:

- Support decision makers at the Ministry of Education to adopt officially the entrepreneurship curriculum at the vocational schools and colleges.
- Strengthen national capacity in health researches methodologies based on ethical review of research
- Conduct researches according to the national priorities
- Establish research units among the 14 Syrian provinces
- Internal and external inspection for applying cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 14000, 9001-2000 and Occupational & Safety in pharmaceutical factories and warehouses (private & public).
Modules in: Strategic management, human resource and organization development, quality assurance, statistics, finance, problem solving, and communication topics were included.
Thesis subject includes: Scientific research about Synthesis of bis- Quaternary Salts based on nicotinic acid derivatives with the aim to model certain features of important coenzyme NAD with anti bacteria, cancer or aids effect, 1989- 1991.
