o Handle invoices, payments and receipts.
o Monitor account receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from individual and business consumers.
o Maintain contact with individual and business customers for overdue payments and bounced checks.
o Communicate company policies regarding credit, invoicing and payment terms to ensure payment are received within established terms.
o Start legal proceedings if debts are not paid within an agreed time.
o Maintain up-to-date credit control record and process weekly and monthly reports for executive staff members.
o Proactively review outstanding receivables and resolve queries internally around outstanding invoices.
o Assist with other areas of finance/accounting as required by the finance department.
