• Offer administrative and support Duties to Sales Persons from handling of quotations to contracts execution.
• Preparation, filing, record keeping and renewing of Contracts.
• Coordinating with Account Department in opening accounts for new Customers in SAP ERP and handling filling of customer account opening forms.
• Notifying and coordinating with operation Team and Site Technicians in execution of contracts as per the scope of work.
• Managing and handling the attestation of Contracts by Civil Defense authority for the various emirates.
• Develop and sustain relationships with potential and existing customers through attending to their day to day queries/ complains without fail.
• Team- working with sales Team in attaining monthly/ annual targets.
• Verification of documents required for contract attestation by Civil Defense.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm service orders.
• Responding to customer queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
• Preparation of quotation, invoices and Performa invoices.
• Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data
Duties:
- Analysis of : water: alkalinity, bromine content, caustic concentration, phosphates, sulphates, total hardness, calcium content e.t.c.
- analysis of crude; sulphur content, strong acid number, density, water content and salt e.t.c
- analysis of LPG : copper corrosion, vapour pressure e.t.c
- analysis of naphtha, jet A-1, Gas oil, petrol, and other oil products: distillation, octane number, flash point, mercaptan sulphur, freezing point e.t.c
- data input in laboratory information management system- LIMS

- Analysis of food stuffs and drinks; moisture content, invert sugar, colour, insoluble matter, acid value, alkalinity, brix, water extract, total ash value
- analysis of soap and detergents; matter insoluble in ethanol, total fatty matter, free caustic alkali e.t.c
- analysis of lotion and creams; matter insoluble in ethanol, total fatty matter, free caustic alkali e.t.c
- recording and result evaluation
- input of data in LIMS (laboratory information management systems)
- familiarized with ISO 9001 quality management systems
Responsibilities:
analysis of HFO and DFO and Kerosene
analysis of water used in cooling of engines
dips taking in HFO, DFO, Kerosene tanks
