- Helping programmers during system (ERP) customization, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts.
- Interacting with designers to understand software limitations.

- Tracing errors and defects through Toad for Oracle tool / Monitoring tool, defect root cause identifying in programming code.

- Testing new component releases / Beta testing.
