• Reporting to the CEO looking after Riyadh operation (Concrete plants, Perfumes and cosmetics plant and hygiene papers).
• Responsible of spotting gaps and developing action plans to improve the performance of all operation and plants.
• Implement an action plan for the development of the tissue and perfume plants product lines, branding and strategies.
• Improve the staff performance including training, commissions systems, etc.
• Search for new investment opportunities for the group.
• Working with the Department of Finance to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Responsible for all the sales and distribution Department activities and tasks.
• Set the overall Department strategies, Plans and goals.
•Involve in all new products evaluation & studying including calculation, positioning and pricing.
•Sitting the sales & marketing operational budget.
