I am working as Construction Manager in the project in King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah ( B+G+4+PENTHOUSE ) with the following responsibility :
1. Study the drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.,
2. Take charge of the entire site / designated areas, as assigned ..
3. Study & check of all documents for the works as ( method statement, daily reports, RFI and etc…..).
4. Following the consultant comments and reply of them .
I was working as Executive Engineer in the projects with the following responsibility :
1. Study the drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.,
2. Take charge of Piling activities of the entire site / designated areas, as assigned .
3. Making the Design of shoring system following the consultant notes .
4. Prepare all documents for the works as ( method statement, daily reports, RFI and etc…..).
5. Following the consultant comments and reply of them .
I worked as project Engineer in this project as following responsibility :
1. Study the drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.,
2. Take charge of civil construction activities of the entire site / designated areas, as assigned..
3. Receive the GFCs (Good for Construction Drawings) and ensure proper filing and safekeeping thereof; ensure marking / removal of superseded drawings.
4. Identify snags / defective works and ensure rectification of the same.
5. Keep the Construction Manager informed and upto date on all site activities.
6. Hold daily meetings with the concerned contractors review their daily plans and monitor manpower / equipment deployment.
7. Supervise the daily works done for quality and timeliness; ensure adoption of proper work procedures by the concerned contractors.
8. Keep a keen eye on safety aspects and their proper follow-up by the concerned contractors.
9. Preparing the bill for client & contractors.
I worked as Site Engineer in this project with the following responsibility :
1. Study the drawings, specifications, ….etc.,
2. Take charge of civil construction activities of the entire site / designated areas, as assigned..
3. Keep the Construction Manager informed and upto date on all site activities.
4. Supervise the daily works done for quality and timeliness; ensure adoption of proper work procedures by the concerned contractors.
5. Keep a keen eye on safety aspects and their proper follow-up by the concerned contractors.
6. Follow up and monitoring for sub-contractors.
7. Preparation of daily works schedule & daily report.
