Managing and monitoring the daily activities within the company closely to increase the quality of work including and not limited to:
 Managing the products conformity programs.
 Assigning and reassigning the tasks to a team of inspectors and technical officers.
 Periodic review to technical adapted procedures and standards including sampling methods and criteria, general rules for food and chemical certificates and adapted inspection methods and standards.
 Perform different types of inspections.
 Read and check the test report.
 Read and understand different products conformity standards.
 Maintaining a good and close relationship with key clients
 Ensuring our inspection procedures and outcome are in-compliance with principal requirements
 Expanding laboratory network and discussing testing procedures according to specific standard
 Delegating work, responsibilities and special tasks and projects to the staff members.
 Keeping team well informed of changes within the organization and general news related to their work scope
 Giving direct, specific and firm feedback to the team members.
 Approving and authorizing issuing or rejecting the certificate after checking the outcome of each job file.

 Initiate project, study customer requirements, prepare project proposal including scope of work and technical specification
 Develop and maintain project plan for the end-to-end management, maintaining budget and time frame
 Review and supervise execution of project, stand on delays and technical issues, coordinate with stakeholders and liaise with customer.
 Review and approve technical submittals and documents such as data sheets, schedules, process control philosophy
 Review site plan and drawings of the OCU and approve them for construction use in accordance with client requirements and ERG standards
 Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, manage procurement of OCU material and approving quality and suitability according results complying with the project specifications
 Plan and coordinate timely delivery of all equipment and components to the client’s site, meeting client specifications
 Generate all the required shipping documents as per the letter of credits assigned by client’s bank
 Handle the shipping processes overseas
 Arrange all appropriate inspections, testing methods, method statements and risk assessment in compliance with client requirements and relevant safety protocols
 Generate all the operations and maintenance, installation, training manuals and commissioning plans for client use
 Handle all the commercial tasks, such as generating contract status reports, client invoicing and payments
 Provide and manage the input to commissioning team to ensure successful new plant commissioning.

Total preventive maintenance of CNC department machines (laser cutting machine, water jet cutting
machine, Plasma machine and Press Brake Bending machine)
 Trouble shooting of machines problems and downtimes failures, reporting problems, problems reaction
procedures, supervising the execution of problem fixing.
