Assist the Project Coordinator and Manager in all operations related to project implementation, data collection and analysis
Support market assessments and conduct outreach to public and private sector actors in Irbid and Mafraq
Regularly visit the field to meet, support, and monitor partners

• Finalize the detailed implementation plan and the strategic plan as well as implementing interventions.

• Provision of activities implementation in centers and with partners, and ensure that all activities improve access to quality services provided as part of the design of the project.
• Implement all relevant project thematic activities in the field.
• Ensuring tracking of set indicators throughout the implementation cycle and regular reporting on impact, and in coordination with the Field Officer and the Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability and learning (MEAL) team, assist partners in developing appropriate strategies for monitoring and evaluating implemented activities.
• Collaborating with Field team in their plans of strengthening national institutions and local partners’ capacity to continue to implement project activities beyond the life of the project.
• Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of crisis or emergency.
• Supervise and support project beneficiary’s appropriate recreational activities with the VTC ‘Vocational Training Center’ working hours.
• Ensure that activities in VTC are carried out in accordance to the weekly plan and theme.
• Coordination with Factories in the targeted areas to recruit the VTC trainee and target group from local community.

• Conduct a daily visual assessment of the children and ensure a variety of structured games and activities within the ECCD, catering to the needs of children of different ages, genders, and abilities.
