Work Description
(Report to PM)
• In the beginning of the project conduct all sites to survey the location and all facilities against to start
of work to cover the Western Region of KSA by a new TETRA system.
• Survey the Coverage for tunnels of Makkah and hajj area to provide a new TETRA system with using
leaky cables signal.
• Then start the planning and scheduling works.

• After that, execute the work with NASCO Contractors to do a Telecom officials for approval of plans,
installation Engineering, configuration, Troubleshooting and Maintenance to achieve final standard
and Ensure that all site staff is aware of the Project requirement and approved procedures and
drawings, then prepare reports to PM.
• Assist in preparation of special reports to investigate any problem related to the Scope of Work
and recommend solutions or Change request.
• Controlling telecom and civil snags as
