Project: Application Lifecycle Management
Outsourced project to implement a new Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Our goal is to change and automate the SDLC process to other processes V-Model and Agile.
We created the templates for each process like BRS, SRS, Architecture Notebook, Project Plan Document and all the new process templates.
In addition, implement comprehensive tools (10 tools) to help in implementing complete ALM solutions.
I Manage the Project from the procurement stage starting from RFI, creating and enhancing the RFP, evaluation proposals, selecting vendor and drafting the contract. Manage project in the implementation phase and supervise it in initiation, planning and design phases. Create Stockholders Register, Project Charter, WBS, Project Plan, Quality Plan, Communication Plan and RAID.
Project: Business Intelligence and Business Insights
Create dashboards and KPIs in the BI (Oracle Business Intelligence) to cascade the Strategy map and the Corporate Balance Score Card to the department level. And we create a KPI for each Employee to be shown to him measuring his performance. And different KPIs for the departments and offices to motivate and increase the performance
Project: Field Inspection
Solution to automate the dispatching for inspection based on location
automatic creation for the inspection after fraud identified. Automatic scheduling, help inspector to perform all their work from tablets, from scanning, e-signature and filling inspection forms without any paper work.
Project: E-Inspection
In House Project aims to crowd source the violation to the insurance system. We allow the contributors to report the violation online. Then, based on algorithm we might apply violation after sending it to the employer for his confirmation and in complex situation, we assign it to one of our inspector.
The goal from this project is to minimize the number of violations
I Managed the Project in Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Release phases.
Project: Advanced Analytics and Data Management
Data Quality and data governance, fraud management solution and analytics center of excellence.
Managed the Project from the procurement stage starting from RFI, creating, enhancing, and publishing the RFP. Created Project Plan for procurement stage, contact with vendors and conducting workshops.
Aamaly Program:
Integrate all GOSI’s application and create a dashboard to have portlets from each system. Moreover, implement a single sign Solution for our different applications and make them accessible from this portal. Apply SSO to our legacy systems to make it authenticate using Oracle Access Manager (OAM). Implement and configure a unified repository to control and store variant types of documents. Create a workflow for policy and role documents, electronic signature with advanced content management system features. We restructure GOSI Policies to be advanced and enhance information architecture.
(Aug 2009 - Nov 2013) Developer & System Analysis:
Work as Core ERP and Middleware Product owner, Responsible of the middleware and core systems of the ERP solution the organization. In addition to the integration between the ERP and the different modules.
In addition to the development of the ERP using the enterprise technologies like EJB, JMS, Entities, JPA and SMPP protocol.
Involved in all phases of the software development cycle starting with requirements gathering and analysis and including development, integration, deployment and support.
Manage the upgrade for the environment to be cloud ready, by upgrading the middleware, the ERP code, deployment, Java virtual machine. So GOSI moved from the dedicated environment to be fully Cloud ready environment.

Manage multiple projects to Integrate with government and third parties like NIC, Sadad, Yesser.
