• Plan, Monitor, evaluate and record programs effectiveness and evaluates the quality of academic Program.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology such as outlines, text, and handouts.
• Participates in the design and development of academic programs by implementing, administering, and evaluating program policies and procedures in order to achieve program objectives support in training budget.
• Provides information and advice to current and prospective academic program participants.

• Ensuring immediate resolution of issues and/or coordination with the concerned administrations delegated by the Director of Administration.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining the office policies and procedures to ensure workflow processes are in compliance with the institution's policies & procedures.
• Reviewing all the incoming & outgoing documents of the Deprtment in order to ensure it is in compliance with the institutions policies & procedures.
• Making plans and strategies to proactively address the dynamic needs of the office.
• Scheduling of staff in a timely manner to ensure appropriate coverage of the daily operation of the office.
• Providing guidance and expertise to staff in resolving difficulties and concerns that may arise.
• Developing, recommending and conducting office staff training meetings as needed.
• Delegating responsibility to appropriate staff to ensure that the day to-day functions and assigned projects are carried out.
• Personally manage the staffs that are responsible for the specific tasks & assignments.
• Encouraging the growth and assisting in the evaluation process of the staff
• Handling review of documents and transactions elevated by the staff to ensure that these are processed appropriately in a timely manner.
• Planning staffing requirements of the administrative staff of Department.
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
