• The main duty is to participate to develop, improve, monitor, follow up and maintain Quality management system QMS in Qatar meteorological department (QMD) according to ISO 9001, conducting internal audit and using the experience for helping to establish calibration lab according to ISO 17025 requirements .
In addition to my duties:
- Organizer for the sixth regional conference on management of metrological and Hydrological services in regional as association 2 ( Asia), CAA, Qatar.
- Participation in presentation for Quality Unit achievement during the sixth meeting of GCC standing committee for Meteorology and climet (2014), CAA, Qatar.
- Member of QMD annual report magazine committee (2014)
- Participation in presentation about QMS challenge during Quality team meeting and media that held in QMD for Arabic Country, 20-22/05/2014
- Member of developing Media in QMD committee (2014), Qatar

Participate to the development of the QMS, implement QMS and pass certification audit, certification obtained in November 2010. In addition overall quality system complying with ISO IEC 17025 standard for testing activities to be under accreditation, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 18000 for environmental, health and safety topics. QMS covers building materials and roads, measurements and conformity, environmental, agriculture, veterinary and radiation testing activities.
In addition to my duties and responsibilities as Quality Manager, the following studies/trainings were done:
-Participate to Ministry website design, Ministry of environment IT & Pubic Relation Department. (2011)
-Member of Tender committee, Ministry of environment service Department aiming ministry process improvement (2011)

-Editor. Quality News, QGOSM Magazine (every 2 months since 2009)

Major personal outcomes:

1- setup Quality management system according to ISO 9001 And ISO 17025
2- monitor, follow up and maintain Quality management system by follow up the indicators and management review preparation.
3- auditor (ISO 9001, ISO IEC 17025)
4- perform training for ISO 9001 & ISO 17025, and awareness of Quality management system
5improve the system with continues improvement ( plan, do, check, act)

Defined, setup and commissioned electrical appliances testing laboratory, including equipments and furniture. Setup done according IEC60335 part 1, reference document.
