► Assign the collectors to distribute invoices to corporate customers and ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner.
► Verify Credit/debits note for all claims with proper supporting documents.

Company has three showrooms and 4 Service centers throughout in Saudi Arabia. Company is the only dealer for RENAULT car for KSA. Gulf Advantages Automobiles LLC is one of the operating companies of SUHAIL BAHWAN group, which is the leading Automobile group in OMAN.
Main duties and responsibilities
•Responsible for the completion of Auditing of various division companies.
•Preparation of all kind of Audit reports
•Statutory audit for trading & services.
•Review/prepare of daily JV for all expenses with all supporting documents.
•Review of Intercompany and intra company re-conciliations
•Review of cash and inventory and re-conciliation with the books of Accounts
•Review Fixed Asset registration, analysis deletion/ additions/disposal with physical
•Completing the internal audit work within the dead lines
•Negotiations with Customers and Suppliers

•Preparation of month end closing of all accounts and financial statements ( P/L A/c and Balance sheet, Trial balance) on time to show the company financial position.
•Preparing Income report (combined and branch wise).
•Review of input tax - Output tax for VAT submission.
•Preparing monthly branch wise revenue report for each customer company wise.
•Review/prepare of daily JV for all expenses with all supporting documents.
•Preparation of customer receivable statement and forwarding to customers on monthly basis.
•Inter companies’ accounts, Dr/Cr. Note issuance co-ordinations and necessary journalizing.
•Intercompany and intra company re-conciliations
•Fixed Asset registration, analysis deletion/ additions/disposal and necessary journalizing & reporting.

•Responsible for statutory Audit - Preparation of various schedules, depreciation schedule, finalization of accounts, passing of accrual entries prepaid expenses and co-ordination with the internal & external auditors for finalization of books.
•Communicating with the customers and collecting payments accordingly, and making payments to the suppliers on time, and passing necessary journal entries.
