• Attend to and follow-up on customers enquiries and requests.
• Respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) and initiate coordination with Operations/Distribution Department.
• Placing purchase order to supplier authorization portal and handling GIT till reaching storage area.
• Handling Suppliers, Transporters, Local Distribution, Sales Co-ordination and Customer delivery status.
• Prepare Cost sheet and work order to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with oversea partner / vendor to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collate monthly sales report.
• Resolve AR issues through front line liaison with customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Carry out service failure investigation/complaint and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place.
• Gather regular quantitative and qualitative feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build customer relationships and manage customer’s expectations through regular visits and correspondence exchange.
• Assist the Logistics manager to execute strategies for growth with the corporate logistics initiatives.
• Involve in ad-hoc duties and projects as required to broaden scope and exposure.
• Execute eventual tasks raised in delivering supply chain cycle.
