o Plan, organize, and keep an eye on the daily tasks of a project, like planning, surveys, and other tasks, so they are completed on time, quality, cost and specifications.
o Review the tender drawings and BOQ with the Specifications and budget.
o Liaise with the design office on shop drawings and calculations.
o Oversee the consultant approval process for material submittals, drawing submittals, and requests for information.
o Creating reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
o Follow up with Quality Control on the site implementation process.
o Track and control all related expenses, such as labour man-hours, equipment accessories, consumables, and so on.
o Acting as the key technical adviser for subcontractors, craftsmen, and workers on a building site.
