32 years experience in operation/ maintenance of Power machines/ equipment i-e BF gas cleaning plant, turbo Air Compressors, Refrigeration machines, Ventilation system, Pumps & Valves and Power utilities Net works i-e Natural, Blast furnace & Coke oven Gases, Coal Tar, Steam, Feed water, Compressed Air & Chilled water as a Manager Mechanical in Pakistan Steel.
1) Manager Mechanical / INCHARGE: from feb: 2011 to till date. (A) Operation & Maintenance of AIR, STEAM & GAS NET WORK Department: directly responsible to runs the department as per SOP/ given Task. (B) and Convener of ENERGY/GASES/ STEAM / COMP: AIR CONSERVATION COMMITTEE: to monitor/ analysis the process/ procedure of maximum utilization of waste Gases (i-e blast furnace gas &coke oven gas) as fuel at plant and maximum Steam produce by waste heat Boilers & its utilization at plant for process. 2) Shift Engineer/ Shift Incharge: Power utilities, such as Gases ( Natural gas, blast furnace gas & coke oven gas), Coal tar, Steam, Feed Water, process water, Compressed Air & Chilled water supplies to Production shops.
3) Deputy Manager: Operation and Maintenance of Turbo Air Compressors, Chillers/ Refrigeration Machines, Ventilation units/ System and different types of Pumps & Valves.
4) Deputy Manager: GAS RESCUE SERVICE, round the clock monitor to GASES net work/ installations.
5) Deputy Manager: Planning, Preparing of PPM, Capital Repair schedule of plant, Activity reports, documentation/ Archives, development of manufacturing drawing/ manufacturing of spare parts through in house work shops & local market. modifications & development in shop as per requirement & proper approval from authorities. Preparing different types of technical reports as per instructions/ requirements of department.
