Progress Monitoring for Tunnel NATM New Austrian Tunneling Method, Portals and Underground stations at Package 1, Line 2.
Inspection of quality of work executed at the site.
Supervising Concrete work, Earthwork
Prepare the Daily Progress reports.
Prepare the weekly HS&E report.
Monitoring all site construction and inspection work when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
Assist the REs, AREs when dealing with the contractors regarding project activities such as the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client’s requirements.
Reviewing operational process and installations to ensure that the subcontractors comply with the design, standards and specifications of the contract documents.
Ensuring the subcontractors comply with operational and safety standards.
Assisting to identify, respond to or evaluate field construction technical issues to maintain the schedule.
Verifying field measurements.
Assisting in reviewing subcontractor daily and weekly inspection reports under the instructions of the REs and AREs.
Assisting in compiling Bill of Quantity (BOQ) reports for monthly pay estimates.

Assist to project manager in different technical matters.

To raise Weekly Performance Reports to the Project Manager.
Estimation of different Quantities and preparation of Bar bending schedule for permanent Tunnel structure and vertical Shaft.
Supervision the work as per BOQ and technical specifications.
To Co-ordinate with material suppliers.
Site inspection to consultant according to specification and drawing.
Dealing with the Client and Consultant and architect

It’s commercial building project at al wakra. The project has been RCC frame structure including facilities residential apartments, shopping plaza, school, mosque, club house, substations and infrastructure works etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the site activities.

Supervision pouring of concrete.
Checking and verification of Sub Contractor’s Bills
Preparing of daily manpower report.
Calculate quantities for concrete pouring slip.
Co-ordination with Consultants.
To interpret plans and analyze problems and produce timely, Logical cost effective solution.
Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the contract, specifications, agreed procedures and approved method of statements
