• Lead a team of Site Engineers, cad operators, supervisors and technicians for several specific projects.
• Attending design meetings with client & consultant.
• Splitting project specifications, scope, BOQ & drawings into packages and getting respective quotations from suppliers & subcontractors and perform necessary assessment.
• Studying project scope, specifications, BOQ & drawings and pick any vague part in project documents or where there is a discrepancy in project documents and send respective RFI to declare all project scope and specifications.
• Studying IFC drawings, making necessary comparison between IFC drawings & tender drawings and making assessment for any changes which can be claimed as cost/time variation
• Review design drawings and documents provided by design consultant and put respective technical comments based on project scope in order to avoid over-specifications or extra items out of project scope.
• Review suppliers and subcontractors Material Submittals against project specifications.

𢥠Move on to the site as Request for Inspection before installation of electrical equipments.
𢥠Supervise and analyze daily MEP work done by the subcontractors.
𢥠Solve design related issues incurring on site during the installation of MEP works.
𢥠Attend meetings with Project Managers of sub-contractors to discuss the status of installations and material on site.
𢥠Supervise installation of transformers, panel boards, lighting system, grounding and power system, local control stations, fire detection/alarm system, Public address systems etc.
𢥠Providing Temporary Power Supply for work execution.
𢥠Liaison with client’s supervision staff.
𢥠Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
𢥠Schedule & resource finalization with project team.
𢥠Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress
𢥠Co-coordinating with external agencies, clients & consultants for design, specs & change management.
Support MEP manager in all technical concerns.
𢥠Progress review, conduct technical, and Coordination meetings with main contractor and consultant.
𢥠Ensure engineering is compliant with contract specification.
𢥠Taking over, warranty period monitoring, final taking over.
𢥠Develop and maintain labor and cost estimates for project work.
𢥠Develop schedule, task breakdown, and resource allocation for the engineering part of the project.
𢥠Provide technical support during the proposal stage of projects (i.e. cost estimates, layout concepts, equipment sizing, etc.)
𢥠Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production cost, raw materials and energy consumption. Ensure engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed
Includes plan, control, review material requirements and team activities, sub-contractors, specialist suppliers’ activities to meet project milestones. Managing a team of supervisors and large size work force. Day to day coordination with Sub contractor and client representatives.
𢥠Installation of earthing mats and connection from earth terminals to the earth bus bar and lightning protection pits
