• Increased plant capacity from 17 Lines (950 machines) of 2 floors to 50 Lines (2850 machines) of 5 floors capable of executing both Top and Bottom.
• Increased plant efficiency from 42% to 50%.
• Reduced Line costs reducing manpower and establishing accountability up to individual level.
• Reduced factory cost by reviewing the contract rate of 50 bus services, saved 30, 000/- per bus per month.
• Reduced cost of outsourced cleaning service by 10, 00000/- per month.
• Introduced single shift operation of the plant from double shift reducing quality failures, garments lost and overall losses of the plant.

• Supervised all departments contributed towards the operational excellence other than marketing.
• Was responsible for whole range of HR, Admin, Compliance, Security and Operational efficiency including profitability of the Plant.
• Budgeting and controlling the factory operation in confirmatory with the approved budget.
• Increased the plant size and capacity adding 6 lines in a new floor.
• Reviewed and implemented enhanced security system including surveillance of key areas setting up CCTVs.

• Successfully took over the new project and affected change management of Yolk Apparels Ltd Hiring New Management Staff.
• Successfully shifted Dekko Apparels to Yolk Apparel Building at Zirabo, Savar from Mirpur.
