Design Management - Review of Conceptual Development Package, Preparation of Frond End Engineering and Detailed Engineering Packages. Support for technical clarification during construction, Coordination between design team and construction team.
Project Team Leader for Electricity Distribution Company's Infrastructure Development Project as representative of a Project Management Consultant Company. The project work is in Latur Zone of Maharashtra with a total project cost of $500 Millions.

This plant is having HT/ LT Switchgears, Variable Speed Drives, Siemens and Beckhoff PLCs, SCADA system and various instrument controls viz. sensors, transducers, valves etc. Responsible for Engineering of new projects as well as Predictive, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance including spares management and overall administration. Responsible for ISO System for Plant Maintenance & Engineering Section. Successfuly worked as Core Team Member for PM & MM Module of SAP system and implemented successfuly on 4th June 2006..
Engineering and execution of capital projects, including Preparation of Distribution Layout, Electrical equipment specifications, schematic diagrams, equipment layout, cable schedule, cable termination details, cable routing diagrams, earthing layouts, protective relay coordination, preparation of fire alarm layouts, preparation of installation details and scope of work, Factory acceptance test for electrical equipment.
Preparation of Project appraisal, schedule and cost estimates for the approval of higher management.
Technical evaluation of the vendors’ proposals and recommendations, review of vendor drawings and specifications.
Design review of project specification, drawings and layouts for expansion projects, and Management of change
Failure analysis: investigation of electrical system failure, analysis and recommendation for improving the reliability.
Communication system: Installation and commissioning of telephone system, fire alarm system and siren system.
Participation in Pre Start-Up Safety Review of major plant modifications and new expansion projects.
Review of electrical system load-flow, harmonic analysis, short-circuit, relay co-ordination and motor starting study.
Conversant with Hazardous area classification and international codes and standards viz. NEC, NFPA, IEC, API, NEMA, BASEEFA & CSA etc.
Modification study and implementation, troubleshooting of plant problems and fault analysis.
Supervision of on-site jobs of construction contractors. Monitoring the progress of contractors’ job, expediting, and verification of contractor’s work.
Co-ordination with various agencies such as Govt. Statutory Authorities, Electricity Board, Consultants and vendors.
Factory acceptance test for electrical equipment.
Preparation of capital and revenue budgets.
Member of committee for suggestion evaluation and acceptance.
Plant Shutdown activities: Job planning, material procurement, coordination with contractors, supervision of shutdown activities, and preparation of shutdown reports.
Responsible for training and development of trainee Engineers and technicians.
Passed the certification examination for Certified Cost Engineer conducted by The Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering - International (AACE-i).
PASSED BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING FROM GOVT. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING UNDER RAVISHANKAR SHUKLA UNIVERSITY RAIPUR WITH FIRST CLASS.
