1. NEOM LP&FS Drone Inspection Project
Project Overview:
The NEOM LP&FS (Logistics, Ports & Freight Services) Drone Inspection Project is an AI-powered safety monitoring solution designed for large-scale construction and industrial sites within NEOM. The platform combines drone surveillance, computer vision, and analytics to automate safety inspections, identify PPE compliance violations, detect unsafe worker behavior, monitor proximity risks between personnel and heavy machinery, and provide real-time operational insights through management dashboards. The solution supports proactive safety management and helps reduce workplace incidents across construction zones.
Responsibilities & Contributions
• Worked with safety specialists to understand site inspection processes across large construction zones.
• Documented business rules for identifying PPE violations, unsafe worker behaviour, and equipment proximity risks.
• Structured operational data used by AI teams during model training and validation activities.
• Developed more than 50 BPMN workflows covering drone operations, inspection cycles, alert generation, and escalation procedures.
• Defined dashboard requirements including violation trends, heatmaps, compliance metrics, and location-based analytics.
• Supported communication between business users, AI engineers, and software development teams.
2. QIYAS Digital Transformation Program
Project Overview
QIYAS is a government digital transformation platform used to assess organizational maturity, collect survey data, evaluate compliance against national digital standards, and generate performance insights for decision-makers. The system integrates with multiple government services and supports workflow automation, assessment management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across participating entities.
Responsibilities & Contributions
• Participated in the digital transformation of the QIYAS survey and assessment ecosystem.
• Gathered and documented requirements for integrations involving QIYAS, Nafath, and Raaqmi platforms.
• Produced bilingual BRD and SRS documentation in both English and Arabic.
• Analysed existing processes and identified opportunities for automation and workflow simplification.
• Designed over 40 BPMN process models using Bizagi.
• Defined validation rules, approval workflows, user roles, and exception handling scenarios.
• Supported testing activities by preparing use cases, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
• Worked directly with government stakeholders throughout requirement reviews and sign-off cycles.
