• Assist & support the BU director in preparing & executing the Annual Action Plan and developing the work process
• Arrange internal meeting & organize the calendar of BU director
• Provide sales support activities for BU Director
• Prepare sales forecast, projects pipeline reports, win-loss analysis, employee productivity & KPI report, customer analysis, competitor analysis, and targets report and take the appropriate action to improve BU results
• Maintain a good level of internal control through audit activities & following up
• Monitor & enhance the performance of BU employees
• Coordinate between team members internal & external the BU
• Support IT Department in developing CRM from business perspective
• Organize & coordinate BU training plan with HR
• Organize & coordinate events with Marketing Department
• Assist the GM in creating & maintaining the system of internal control
• Assist & support the GM in developing the work process
• Prepare the company calendar & the General Manager meeting schedule
• Arrange for business travels, make hotel & flight reservations and prepare the company guest rooms
• Manage all types of correspondence
• Prepare documents on behalf of the General Manager & senior managers
• Prepare productivity, KPI & company consumption reports, and other reports & analysis based on management need
• Develop and manage the filing system & electronic databases
• Prepare purchase orders & monitor company consumption
• Order office supplies & manage their inventory
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance & security staff
• Provide assistance to Health, Safety & Environment Manager
• Provide back up support to the CEO concerning operations, report writing, project planning, budgeting and implementation
• Carry out research, relevant studies, presentations and general analysis on specific topics
• Develop & manage databases
• Compose and edit correspondence and documents prepared on behalf of the CEO
• Preparing credit studies and recommendations on applicants for commercial facilities
• Running credit follow up
• Preparing letters of credit application
• Issuing letters of guarantee
• Discounting and settling promissory notes
