Demand Management
Materials and Production Planning
Warehousing
Procurement &
Inbound and Outbound Logistics
Managing the whole activities in the warehouses, consists of 3 divisions; spare parts, raw materials and finished goods.
Warehouses activities including but not limited to: follow up inventory levels, initiating purchasing requests, transactions management, assurance of inventory levels accuracy and material handling.
Managing a team of 37 employees, at different levels and different backgrounds, including people development, performance management and conflict management.
Maintaining the management systems and assure continual development and commitment of it.
Oracle ERP implementation, A team member, for the OPM and SCM modules, 2013.
Supervise the ERP implementation in the warehouses.
• Budgeting and Yearly Planning:
o Assist the operations manager to set the yearly budget.
o Lead the efforts between sales and operations to consolidate customers forecasts and set yearly production plan.
o Set the MRP.
o Lead the efforts with procurement to provide production smoothly with RM needs considering the stock control.
• Finished Goods:
o Orders scheduling, preparation and follow up to closing.
o Control the fulfillment of customer orders.
o Finished goods stock level monitoring.
• Raw Materials:
o Preparation and updating of BOM.
o Continuous follow up and monitoring for MRP
o Raw materials cost/consumption control, reporting and analysis.
• Performance Reporting:
o Release monthly consolidated report for performance of operations department of the four mills of NT.
o Report and monitor the operational cost savings initiatives.
• PPC section:
o Production Planning & Control section supervision and team management to achieve the aims of section and coordinating efforts with other department to achieve the whole objectives of organization.
o PPC processes and procedures; initiating, updating and monitor compliance.
o Supervision of the manufacturing module application on the ERP system; iSCALA.
o Team development, training and coaching.
• Operations Support:
o Six Sigma Green Belt of “Down Time Reduction” Project; 2008-2009.
o Internal auditing for the management systems in different sections.
Handle the role of planning and control for production:
Master Yearly plans of production, monthly scheduling, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), RM consumption control, materials flow control, FG orders release and follow up.
Thesis titled: Modelling Selection of Strategic-Driven Performance Measures of Supply Chain - HOQ Approach
