In charge of 5 Specific Areas: Leadership, Planning, Project Management, People

Primary Responsibilities:
 Analyze business results and trends and help the Franchise Manager to develop
quarterly business plans to ensure stores in region are meeting or exceeding sales and
profitability goals;
 Analyze store level reports and work with Store Management to implement solutions
for improving store and employee productivity;
 Inspire, coach, motivate and develop the franchise team in order to achieve maximum
performance and to optimize the shopping experience;
 Motivate, coach, & mobilize teams through effective communication; Conduct regular
conference calls and/or meetings with store personnel, as needed, involving them with
planning business reviews and strategies;
 Conduct regular visits within the region and provide direction and guidance to teams to
assist them in achieving sales objectives and standards in all areas of the business;
 Maintain awareness of all mall, competitors or community activities that could impact
business results; communicate information to the Franchise Manager;
 In partnership with the International Visual Team, lead all layout processes and
directives and communicate any critical layout issues to the Visual department;
 Follow up with stores regularly to ensure compliance to all brand strategies, visual
presentation and merchandising directives/standards;
 Adhere to, and enforce, dress guidelines to properly represent the Brand;
 Reinforce product management, visual presentation/merchandising best practices as
well as compliance to Merchandise Handling Guidelines;
 Coach stores on how to resolve customer concerns/complaints at the store level;
 Exemplify the company’s vision, mission and values; lead by example at all times;
 Communicate and support all corporate directives, initiatives and goals across the
region; follow up to ensure proper execution and provide feedback to the Franchise
Manager as needed;
 Consistently promote a positive shopping experience throughout the region by
focusing staff on the importance of connecting with customers;
 Effectively plan, execute and follow-up on training for Store and Associate Managers;
Support Store Managers on the orientation, training and development of store personnel;
 Work with Brand Manager to create, implement and follow through on performance
development plans and personal goals/objectives with Store Managers to encourage and
reinforce continuous growth and development. Provide coaching and feedback that
promotes positive behavioral change, in a fair and constructive manner and on a regular
and consistent basis;
 Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by
sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
