Objectives:
1- Integration of financial and operational data for management and control reporting. Program, regional, location and global performance reporting.

4- Creating Shipment Documentation including shippers, customs invoices, commercial invoices, shipping labels; arranging for and tracking shipments; processing goods-inwards; managing
inventory"
5- 99.9% count accuracy of PTS controlled inventory
6- Full compliance with all NAA and Customs regulations at all inventory locations. No audit findings or fines.
7- Comply with local regulatory procedures and ensure audit process is in place
8- Ensure compliance with critical defects handling and notification procedure
9- Ensure staff license, QA approval, ramp license, visa and other necessary requirements are valid and in place for staff to continue preforming duties.
10- Improve aircraft defect and technical issues review and problem solving
11- Station log/files, documents and reports are correctly completed, submitted and updated as required.
12- Track aircraft sweep and ensure sweep quality and accuracy is maintained
