Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements.Conduct regular audits of
inventory and stock levels.
Updating Recipes and Creating new recipes in the Foodics System as provided by
Chefs.
Receiving the Invoices and Issuing in the SAP.
Responsible for maintaining the Menu Pricing, Consumption, and POS systems.
Responsible for preparing Monthly Food and Beverage Inventory & Wastage Reports
and distributing them to management.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Establish and maintain a database for food and beverage inventory stock including
up-to date pricing.
Prepare reports on Transers from Warehouse and Wastages reports through Foodics
& SAP.

Responsible for maintaining the Menu Pricing, Consumption, and POS systems.
Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price.
Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are
loaded.
Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships.
Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected
cost.
Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
Assist in the monthly food and beverage inventories count and extension.
Ensure proper storage and issuance of all food and beverage items.

Data Entry of Sales & Purchase work on tally and excel. Prepare payment Vouchers, Cheques, Receipt vouchers. Preparing report that includes Bank reconciliations
Prepare cash Flow Statement and financial Reports
