Working in DRC`s under DANIDA and UN-OCHA funded project to provide LLH, Protection and PSS activities and providing CFW opportunities in Al-Azraq Refugee camp.

• Supervise different participatory (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) MEAL activities to assess the quality and relevance of assistance provided, both in DRC Livelihood centre and within the wider community in the camp.
• Shown proven experience in designing and developing qualitative and quantitative data collection methodology and tools to sufficiently capture data needed for program technical reporting.
• Regularly undertake field monitoring visits to conduct household level interviews, post-distribution monitoring, pre and post assessments, focus group discussions, and any required visits\practice as planned with the M&E Filed Coordinator\project manager.
• Referred/reported individuals with special needs, protection concerns, and any problems with DRC services to the M&E Field Coordinator and relevant program staff, as well as conducting phone call surveys in form of referral scorecards to monitor the quality of referral services provided.
• Handled data collection, data validation and data processing as well as primary and full analysis of information and datasets.
• Worked closely with the M&E Filed Coordinator in tracking work against indicators and providing proper documentation of the DRC project implementation cycle in Azraq refugee camp.
• Ensure timely reporting on monitoring activities and on impact/Evaluation in line with work plans and project timeline.
• Provide regular verbal and written feedback on field observations and monitoring findings to the M&E Field Coordinator and relevant program staff.
• Proficiency in designing M&E tools and codded those using XLS forms to be conducted in the field.
• Provided regular data quality checks and data validation for all data being collected by DRC in Azraq refugee camp.
• Act as trainer of trainers by providing technical trainings for volunteers on related MEAL topics and provided technical knowledge and support to staff to improve quality of programming.
• Reached a higher level of coordination and multi-tasking by working on different settings on a parallel level.
• Worked closely with the protection and accountability Senior Officers in reflecting and maintaining a proper implementation of the DRC humanitarian accountability framework, (Standard Operating Procedures) SOPs and (Code of Conduct) CoC.

Working in the conflict management project entitled “Strengthening social capital and reducing tensions between Jordanian host communities and Syrian refugees”. funded by DFID.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contributing in developing systematic and realistic M&E plans that capture required data to report on program indicator.
2. Developing Data collection tools as needed, managing, and controlling data collection from the field in a timely manner.
3. Support in developing project forms and ensure its collect-required data that comply with project indicators.
4. Updating project data basis on weekly basis.
5. Coordination with the program teams to ensure that monitoring activities are being performed according to schedule and that data collection is adequately completed.
6. Give support in Tola system roll-out for the project.
7. Carry out survey on different locations, and conduct both individual as well as focus group interviews in target areas of work.
8. Analyzing data and provide summary reports as requested.
9. Provide support in Minimum Standards filing system for the project.
10. Supporting M&E team in identification and composition of success stories, disputes, and case studies documentation, where applicable.
11. Other duties as assigned

• Regularly undertake field monitoring trips to conduct household interviews, phone interviews, post-
distribution monitoring, pre/post testing, focus group discussions, and community visits.
• Undertaken data collection processes as required at the community center and for external
assessments when necessary (e.g. needs assessments, rapid response assessments).
• In collaboration with DRC’s Program Quality Unit, assisted in the ongoing improvement of existing
data collection tools through feedback from beneficiaries and/or experience using the tools.
• Assisted with data collection a process, ensured the acceptable quality and level of protection of data,
And that data is gathered in a timely and appropriate manner in line with DRC’s Information management and protection SOPs.
• Used and participated in developing M&E tools for data collection and writing reports.
• Follow up with centre unit's activities for M&E requests, and updated M&E calendar contentiously.
• Managing reception volunteers and provide support when needed.
• Compiled reports and findings based on databases as necessary and requested.
• Assist in the enforcement of HAP and CORE Standard principles of accountability.
• Translate documents, materials and hard copied tools, from English into Arabic and vise-versa

Working in the education program directly with Syrian asylum seekers whom lacked essential documentations located randomly in a not registered camps.

Conducted in-depth filed assessment under the winterisation program implemented by SCJ in mapping Syrians' sustainance needs.

• Developing my skills in statistics methodology and procedures.
• Negotiating professionally with the UNRWA staff in the reflection process about this the program to make better decisions.
