• Reporting to Assistant Deputy Minister for Services & Investment - responsible for sectors transformation
• Compare strategies and do data analysis to transform different sectors and regions in the kingdom
• Worked with different vendors and governments to develop and recommend strategies & initiatives
• Nominated by H.E. Minister to represent the Ministry in number of executive & advisory committees

• Reporting to CIO - leading digital transformation program to achieve Tawuniya new strategy
• Established Program Management department and lead a team of Project and Program Managers
• Initiated IT PMO governance model, portfolio master plan, and many tools to achieve business values
• Member in Transformation committee chaired by CEO to update monthly progress and seek support

• Reporting to VP Delivery - responsible for Meras Program (one stop shop platform for business licenses)
• Blessed 40+ government entities to integrate with Meras platform to auto-generate their e-licenses
• Built a cohesive team that can progress solutions delivery through SDLC to be fully operational
• Member in an internal e-commerce committee chaired by H.E MCI Deputy Minister

• Reporting to Director of PM & BA - responsible for e-Services and digital solutions delivery
• Defined and developed full scale project plan, scope, budget, schedules, resources, and quality
• Identified, resolved, and managed project changes, conflicts, risks, and issues
• Worked with EPMO to enhance project management methodology and CMMI best practices

- Launched Wasel private portal for Ministry of Transport
