My role involved providing technical expertise, coordinating project activities, and offering
administrative support to ensure the effective implementation, drafting ToR and, bidding, contracts
of infrastructure, water, Wash, and environmental projects. I supported the planning, design, and
execution of project interventions, coordinated with donors and government counterparts, and
contributed to ensuring compliance with technical standards, timelines, and contractual
requirement

Duties:

• Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to facilitate project activities
and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Provide technical assistance and reporting support to project teams working on water
supply systems, wastewater treatment, irrigation networks, and environmental
infrastructure.
• Drafted regular progress reports based on inputs from local partners, presenting
comprehensive overviews to Donor.
• Oversee the project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities,
including site follow-up and technical verification of works.

Duties:
• Supports and advises local partners throughout all stages of PCM, from design and
planning to implementation and closure; provides assistance in developing and
implementing projects according to DKH and/ or third-party donor agency regulations
and procedures.
• Supporting the development of program portfolio and fund raising by developing new
project’s concept notes, and proposals.
• Support and observe that all projects are implemented according to log-frame, work
plans and budget.
• Reviewed and revised reports to ensure compliance with third-party donor regulations
and internal organizational standards.

The role is to contribute to the development, coordination and implementation of projects and help
in adapting and improving internal systems to promote evidence-based decision-making and
program performance.
Duties:
• Lead the development and implementation of WASH/Humanitarian interventions in
Rukban camp remotely.
• Play a major role in strengthening coordination with relevant clusters and partners and
build effective working relationships with all stakeholders - including NGOs, JAF, and
UNICEF.
• Provides technical and operational support for the design, planning, monitoring and
implementation of WASH activities in the Rukban camp.
• Ensure the project goals, indicators and activities are implemented within the work
plan and budget.
• Support the development of Program Documents and budgets and submit the to the
donor.
• Prepare progress reports outlining project activities, challenges, and risks, in addition
to the planned works for the day after, and prepare a full detailed technical report of
the site activities.
• Monitor and evaluate remotely ongoing activities and report on unmet needs and
gaps and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may
arise.
• Act as the focal point for the camp and coordinate with the local staff and contractor
to ensure that water supply from the well doesn’t have any issues and is as per the
standards.
• Preparing project(s) risk management plans and ensuring their proper implementation
during project(s) implementation.
• Conduct field assessments and KAP surveys to inform about new proposals or co
funding activities for new WASH activities within existing programs.
• Support planning, designing, and delivering training to staff and volunteers inside the
Rukban camp.
• Ensure Mainstreaming of protection within the intervention in the camp.
• Put in place M&E tools to remotely manage the interventions inside Rukban, and Lead
the process for data collection inside the camp as required by management and
UNICEF.
• Work closely, with selected local partners (JAF) to ensure adequate capacity for
volunteers is built in various areas of the program as required.
• Ensure the effective implementation of water collection, Hygiene Promotion (HP), and
Solid Waste Management (SWM) services inside Rukban camp.
• Lead and build the capacity of a team of WASH/humanitarian staff and field volunteers
inside the camp through remote management.

Protection of Wadi Arab Dam in Jordan through Cash-for-work supporting vulnerable Jordanians
and Syrian refugees.
Duties:
• Act as the engineering focal point of Wadi Arab Dam.
• Conduct regular technical and safety training for workers, Support the development
of technical material needed for training and capacity building of the project team.
• prepare and review engineering designs, plans, technical specifications, cost
estimates, BOQs, drawings, and organizing included in infrastructure-related high
value tenders to Ensure the quality of the construction as per the approved design,
planning, and tender documents within project schedules and deadlines.
• Keep updating and archiving the follow-up and progress data in an organized to
monitor the project activities’ indicators and achievements.
• Participate in labor selection processes, including contributing to the development of
technical selection criteria. Also, following up on workers’ contractual procedures
(selection, hiring, work permits, performance, payments).
• Prepare progress reports outlining project activities, challenges, and risks, in addition
to the planned works for the day after. Also, Prepare a full detailed construction report
of the site activities.
• Participate in the planning and reporting processes within the section including data
compilation and Provide advice on feasibility, costings, timelines, and requirements.

infrastructure projects within existing programs, or to problem-solve technical and/or
construction issues.
• Engineering support, conducting a technical assessment, preparing BOQs and site
inspections, and making punch list reports.
• Manage field operations in close coordination with the Project Manager.
• Conduct regular site meetings with the Contractors to discuss the progress, check
the quality of implemented works, resolves any outstanding technical
issues/challenges.
• Observe and document the compliance of construction contractors on site according
to the contract’s terms.
• Monitor the work progress and ensure that project goals, indicators and activities are
implemented on time, within scope and budget.
• Inspects and reports on contractor’s works in progress ensuring that the contractor
meets WV quality standards.

Construction of 2x277MW New Oil Shale Fired CFB Thermal Power Plant at Attarat Um Al Ghudran
in Jordan is the first Oil shale power plant in Jordan with a total Construction value of 2.2 billion
USD.
Duties:
• Review engineering designs, plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, BOQs, and
drawings to ensure the quality of the construction as per the approved design,
planning, and tender documents within project schedules and deadlines.
• Executing the project on time, within the approved budget, and by the contract
specifications.
• Ensures the quality of the construction as per the approved design, planning, and
tender documents.
• Supervision the implementation of internal and external finishes: Plastering, Tiles,
Marble, Roof Insulating, Doors, Aluminum works, Painting works, Gypsum board
ceiling, Partitions, Fence, curb stone, interlock tiles, epoxy, walkways, and escape.
• Supervise the implementation of water and wastewater networks.
• Responsible for ensuring safe construction practices in the storage and movement of
tools, equipment, and material, adopting safe work practices by all supervised levels
& visitors, and implementing safety policy as directed by the company’s safety plan.
• Controls and supervises through all phases of development to construction completion
and project close-out.
• Attend daily the project site(s) to monitor and supervise the progress of works in the
targeted facilities, identify any existing problems, and provide technical appropriate
solutions through the application of sound engineering standards in consultation with
Project Manage.
• Monitor contractors’ and suppliers set out and works, including compliance with
contract specifications, and ensure that contractors and suppliers comply with their
work plans to complete work within a specified scope of work, time frame, and budget.
